About Riverina Bush Butcher
I started the butchering trade when I was 15 years old and have been perfecting my skills ever since. Allowing me to be able to provide an all inclusive paddock to plate butchering service that is second to none for the property owners in Wagga and it's surrounding areas.
With a growing desire to provide the paddock to plate service I decided to become a mobile butcher. Having the whole process done on your property means very little to no stress on your animals, giving you a better quality of meat and you the peace of mind knowing your animal has had a good quality of life.

As a born and bred Riverina local, being a butcher for more than half my life along with being a lover of good quality food, I enjoy producing produce of the highest quality. Being able to cut for you anything you want from your local butcher shop but at a fraction of the price!
